Your Role: What You'll Do!
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our social media strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall sales performance. Your creativity is key as you work to connect through compelling storytelling, visually appealing content, and social campaigns that resonate with our audience. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and innovative content, including graphics, videos, and copy, that speaks to our brand identity.
- Community Engagement: Interact with our followers, manage customer inquiries, and build relationships with our local community.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using data to inform future strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and marketing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Qualifications: What You Need to Succeed!
We are looking for someone who is not only qualified but also passionate about social media and our brand. The ideal candidate will have:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- A proven track record of successfully growing social media channels and increasing engagement metrics.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
